Accepted ID Documents: Valid Philippine government-issued IDs including PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID are accepted for KYC purposes.
All deposits to your PH Lago account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. PH Lago accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
PH Lago does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. PH Lago reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:
PH Lago reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or pending KYC verification.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on PH Lago are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). PH Lago is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
